Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional in inventory management to join our team as an Inventory Management Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing inventory management modules to meet business requirements. This includes leading and managing end-to-end configuration cycles, designing and delivering integration solutions between inventory management systems and other enterprise applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to define configuration strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement inventory management modules based on business needs.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end configuration cycles to ensure smooth system deployment and performance optimization.
  • Design and deliver integration solutions between inventory management and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define configuration strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in inventory management best practices, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support testing cycles by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and provide subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in inventory management configuration and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale deployments with inventory management systems.
  • In-depth understanding of integration requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of proactive monitoring and optimization techniques.
  • Experience working in multi-country or region-specific configurations.
  • Exposure to supply chain/logistics domain solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in inventory management configuration, implementation, and integration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
