Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product team, you will work with customers, business, leadership, and other stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify high-level requirements. You will own, maintain, and update requirements, stories, functionality, and backlog of the product at regular intervals and drive them to completion with the development team.
Main Responsibilities
* Analyse and design new business processes and modify old ones to reflect new visions, thinking, and customer needs
* Evaluate the market and/or customer ecosystem, map the needs, and convert them into requirements and stories
* Promote product adoption with internal and external clients
* Showcase and demo products to customers, sales, and marketing teams
* Translate and simplify requirements, problem understanding & analysis, and reporting, promoting product adoption, and its benefits
Key Requirements
* 12 years' experience in techno-functional area in insurance
* Proficiency in insurance or P&C domain, especially in Catastrophic Exposure and Modeling
* Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
