Senior Fashion Designer Position

As a Senior Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative ethnic blouses that blend tradition and trend.

  • You will create detailed hand-drawn sketches for new collections, showcasing unique designs and flair.
  • Collaborate closely with product and sampling teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest ethnic trends, embroidery techniques, and fabric innovations to drive creativity and excellence.
  • Work effectively with sourcing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and high-quality output.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in ethnic wear.
  • Strong ability in hand sketching and freehand illustration, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of blouse fits, silhouettes, fabric detailing, and embellishments is essential.
  • A keen sense of color combinations, ethnic design sensibilities, and attention to detail are must-haves.
Bonus Requirements
  • Experience working with saree or ethnic apparel brands is highly desirable.
  • Passion for reviving traditional crafts through contemporary silhouettes is a plus.
