Millwright Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in India.

• Install, maintain and repair machinery and equipment in manufacturing facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings for installation and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

• 8-12 years of experience as a Millwright or in a similar role.
• Proficient in mechanical systems, hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents including schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with welding machining and fabrication techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
