Are you a creative problem solver with expertise in visual storytelling?

We are seeking a skilled Creative Designer & Video Editor to bring brand stories to life through impactful design and engaging video content.

This role involves working with DTC and Tech brands, requiring a strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt creativity to different platforms and formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Design:
  • Develop digital creatives, ad campaigns, social media assets, website banners, and email marketing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and execute brand communication for campaigns, product launches, and storytelling.
  • Create static and motion graphics that resonate with modern audiences.
  • Video Editing:
  • Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging snackable content across platforms.
  • Work with AI video editing tools to speed up production and experiment with new formats.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to deliver creatives that drive performance and engagement.
  • Understand campaign briefs, contribute ideas, and proactively recommend creative strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in creative design and video editing.
  • Proven portfolio of work with DTC and Tech brands (mandatory).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout.
  • Familiarity with AI-based video and creative tools.
Good to Have:
  • Motion graphics/animation skills.
  • Experience in lifestyle/fashion/tech brand storytelling.
  • Understanding of performance marketing creatives and A/B testing.
