We are seeking a creative individual with exceptional big-picture ideation capabilities to lead the development of large-scale content IPs that drive consumer engagement across multiple formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideate and develop strategic content initiatives with measurable results, ensuring organic exposure for brands through effective marketing channels.
  • Break down complex ideas into actionable activities, leveraging digital content and social media platforms to amplify brand presence.
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to create innovative solutions that meet business objectives, serving as a key creative expert in sales efforts.

We require an individual with

  • A deep understanding of traditional and new-age media formats and platforms, with the ability to identify and curate compelling content ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and judge the effectiveness of creative work, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a TV channel (ideally non-fiction), advertising, digital agency, content studio, or brand solutions team, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content and driving business growth.
