Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Management Professional to manage services on messaging and file transfer technologies.

This role will involve effective and efficient management of MTS services to end users and application teams, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality support.

  • Manage a team of skilled resources, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee projects, controlling costs and ensuring timely completion, while identifying areas for optimization.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies, leveraging best practices to streamline processes.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues, working independently to find solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in an outsourcing or managed services environment.
  • Knowledge of protocols such as SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS, S3, and PEST.
  • Skills in certificate renewals and participation in disaster recovery for applications.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4-6 years of experience.
