Job Description:

Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are critical strategic levers for enhancing a business's value. This can be achieved through various means, such as generating growth, improving capabilities, or reducing operational costs.

The current market is characterized by increased disruptions, industry convergence, technological changes, and the shift to new business models to stay competitive. As a result, creating deal value in M&A has never been more challenging. With the bar getting higher and deals becoming more complex and expensive, businesses need to adapt quickly to these changing dynamics.

Unfortunately, many deals fail to achieve their original financial or strategic objectives, often minimizing value due to companies' lack of preparation for the speed and intensity of the deal process. To overcome this challenge, businesses must adopt a broader and bolder perspective on creating value in today's market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver post-merger integration, carve-out, and operational assessment projects.
  • Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within our organization.
  • Drive business development and practice management initiatives.
  • Work seamlessly with global teams (at client end as well as ours).
  • Develop complex models in Excel and create executive-level presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with experience in operational due diligence and transformation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in managing and delivering similar projects.

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships at all levels.
  • Self-starter with strong ability to drive decision making and stakeholder management.
