We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to oversee the planning and execution of large-scale hospitality construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, design teams, procurement specialists, and contractors to ensure efficient planning, coordination, and execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management through reports and dashboards.
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and identify potential delays with mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cost control teams to align schedules with budget forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality brand standards, building codes, and client requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's preferred.
- 12 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in hospitality projects, hotels, resorts, luxury developments, etc.
- Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control tools.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
