Australia Mortgage Broker Support Professional

This is a Mortgage Broker Support position based in Australia, available for immediate start.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for loan application processing and supporting Mortgage Brokers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate clients' serviceability and borrowing capacity.
- Research and structure finance applications.
- Lodge and manage finance applications through to settlement.
- Analyse lender and policy options to meet client requirements.
- Interpret complex financial documents for self-employed clients.
- Compile finance applications, including living expenses analysis and supporting document collation.
- A minimum of two years of work experience in mortgage broking or a related field.
- Proficiency in mortgage CRM software (e.g. AFG FLEX, Broker Engine, Quickli, Mercury Nexus, Podium).
- Strong knowledge of credit and finance calculations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
