Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled innovative product designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing products based on design rules, providing technical support to production and quality teams, and driving innovation and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Perform design calculations, simulations, and analysis based on design guidelines.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
  • R&D Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of technical aspects, including research methodologies, product development processes, and relevant technologies.
  • Project Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to validation, ensuring products meet quality standards and market needs.
  • Cost Reduction: Drive cost reduction projects and implement process improvements.
  • Documentation: Prepare design documentation as per new product development and release procedures.
  • Quality Support: Provide technical support to operations for handling quality issues related to raw materials.
  • Change Management: Adhere to change management processes as defined by established guidelines.
  • Audit Support: Handle audits and its requirements.
  • PPAP Documentation: Experience with PPAP documentation and responsible for RCA with head of quality tools DFMEA.
