Job Title: Java Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Java Application Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of Java-based enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2/3 application support for Java-based enterprise applications.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Implement automation tools to streamline deployments.
  • Support job scheduling, monitoring, and reporting using Autosys/Control-M.
  • Work with observability tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK, Grafana) to identify system bottlenecks.
  • Document processes and resolutions as part of knowledge management.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and handle high-severity incidents as required.
