Job Description

The HR Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of company policies, maintaining statutory compliance, and streamlining administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal HR practices and external regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain labor law compliance, POSH policies, and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate fire safety protocols – conduct regular fire extinguisher checks and drills.
  • Collaborate with external consultants for regulatory audits and certifications.
  • Oversight of facility management, including vendor coordination and AMC renewals.
  • Manage office assets, housekeeping, courier services, stationery, and utilities.
  • Ensure seamless daily office operations.
  • Prepare compliance checklists and monthly reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, fire safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
