About this role

As a Project Lead - Energy Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing project activities in the BMS, HVAC Domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, documenting the project's scope using project management tools to ensure cost, timelines, and quality of one-time and ongoing recurring services for Multi-Site Multi-Year Energy Management engagements.
  2. Maintain issue trackers and solve problems, preparing in advance for scope creep or the extension/modification of a project's deliverables over time through internal and external governance reviews.
  3. Provide invoicing inputs to finance for revenue and track collections. Conversant with budget creation, SAP transactions for material shipment, SO creation, etc.
  4. Communicate regular progress updates to executive leadership teams and clients, tracking overall project initiatives using Microsoft Project or equivalent.

Role Purpose:

  1. Project Managers are highly visible to the client organization as account managers at all levels & internal executive leadership teams, carrying a lot of technical and managerial acumen.
  2. The role offers exposure to work with international clients across different geographies in diverse segments with IOT and AI-enabled innovative solutions.
  3. Offers career development opportunities in account management or engineering domains as per the competencies and preferences of the individual.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Technical degree/diploma with 6-8 years' experience and understanding of IOT-based solutions for Energy Management and Asset Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical equipment in building segments.
  2. Advanced MS-Excel skills are mandatory for the position.
  3. PMP/PRINCE2 certification will be desirable.
