We are looking for a Product Visionary to lead the development of our digital solutions in the BFSI domain. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for defining and communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
">You will work closely with stakeholders, business SMEs, and cross-functional teams to define product backlogs and drive delivery excellence.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Act as an SME in the BFSI domain">
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog using Agile best practices">
- Draft and refine user stories with detailed acceptance criteria">
- Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment">
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives">
- Support build, testing, UAT, training, and rollout activities">
- Monitor product performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement">
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance processes and user experience">
Our ideal candidate will have expertise in credit assessment processes and regulatory reporting, strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, actuarial, and compliance, as well as experience in risk assessment, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
">Qualifications">We are looking for a highly skilled professional with 7+ years of total experience, including 4+ years as a Product Owner. Strong business analysis and documentation skills, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, proven stakeholder management and communication skills, and a track record of delivering high-impact digital products in BFSI are essential.
