About the Role:
  • We seek a skilled Interior Designer to join our team and create exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create captivating designs based on conversations with clients, delivering high-quality results that meet their needs.
  2. Effectively communicate with clients to understand their requirements and adapt your approach accordingly.
  3. Stay updated on interior design trends and concepts to provide innovative ideas for clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., interior design, architecture).
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering 5-6 residential projects with outstanding results.
  • Excellent proficiency in design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), and civil works & services (specifications & installation details).
  • Ability to create detailed BoQs for clients and coordinate with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in closing deals through logical sales pitches, driving, and leading design meetings with clients.
  • Essential behavioural attributes include result-oriented approach, teamwork, integrity, effective communication, and a strong willingness to learn.
