  • Closure of Books: Ensure timely and accurate management of the company’s financial records.
  • Preparation of MIS: Develop and review reports for informed decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to key regulations and guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for optimization and implement efficiencies in financial systems.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the creation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements: Present accurate and timely financial information.
  • General Finance Support: Provide assistance with various finance-related tasks and projects.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to support finance-related activities as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA-Finance with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • A background in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and indirect tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights from financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, along with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous approach to managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
