As a key contributor to our organization's AI strategy, we are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Solutions Designer

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering, with a strong background in Python and RAG-based applications for search, NLP/NLU, and document processing.

This role requires close collaboration with data science, DevOps, and product teams to stay ahead of the curve in GenAI and Azure's evolving AI stack. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience with Azure AI SDKs, vector databases, and LLMs, as well as a strong grasp of prompt engineering and AI agent design.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing cutting-edge AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Speech Services & Document Intelligence.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through AI innovation.
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality code, following industry best practices and ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering.
  • Strong background in Python and RAG-based applications for search, NLP/NLU, and document processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI SDKs, vector databases, and LLMs.
  • Strong grasp of prompt engineering and AI agent design.
