Senior Frontend Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced senior frontend developer to drive the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting front-end solutions, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, and working closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind CSS.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of complex projects and develop innovative front-end solutions
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products
Qualifications & Skill-Set:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Expertise in React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
  • Experience on server-side web technologies such as NodeJS/ PostgreSQL/ MongoDB would be preferred
  • Knowledge on GIS Application or Map Server projects would be preferred
