About the Role:

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products from concept to customer.

You will manage internal product activation processes, ensure availability, oversee backend product creation and mapping, and build scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.

This role is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with category managers, product managers, and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth product launches and continuous operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end internal product activation process, sourcing via business partnerships to ensure product availability aligns with strategic objectives.Oversee creation, management, and optimization of PRDs (backend merchandising SKUs) as the internal merchandising layer to ensure product data is mapped and ready for merchandising.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and stock levels align with merchandising goals, supporting both B2B and B2C channels.Act as the point of contact between category managers, business product management teams, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth product setup and alignment with demand.Seek ways to continuously improve and streamline operational processes to ensure faster value delivery to customers, with an emphasis on reliability and minimizing errors in product setup.
