About the Role

This position is a unique opportunity to support the Trade Finance Financial Institution business in its day-to-day operations. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analysis, credit limit management, due diligence, portfolio monitoring and review, projects, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Monitor TFFI portfolios from a limits and credit perspective using internal credit rating and monitoring systems.">
  • Release large and small value transactions stuck in internal Limit management systems to ensure ongoing business is not affected based on critical checks.">
  • Manage multiple data sources and large datasets for analysis.">
  • Maintain and update the TFFI client beneficiary box/perimeter on a daily basis, focusing on LC and SBLC confirmation for DB clients/allowed parties.">
  • Stay up-to-date with De-risking/Hedging strategies and their implementation in deals.">
  • Support new TFFI deal implementations at various stages.">
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including CRM and Ops teams, for ongoing transactions.">
  • Understand existing deals, transactions, KYC due diligence requirements, and associated risks.">
  • Contribute to process automation and streamlining via available tools.">
  • Tackle ad-hoc projects related to the business.">
  • Develop and maintain internal process documents and Key Operating Procedures for existing and new processes.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Applied Economics.">
  • 2-4 years of work experience in relevant fields such as Finance, Credit, Risk & Insurance, Data Analytics, Due Diligence, and Portfolio Monitoring.">
  • Strong analytical skills, passion for Banking and Finance, and an understanding of Trade Finance Products (a plus).">
  • Proactive, open-minded, client-oriented attitude with a solution-driven approach.">
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and think creatively.">
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong English language proficiency.">
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently while supporting team goals/objectives.">
  • Good knowledge of advanced MS Office, Excel, MS Access, and basic understanding of database, Tableau reporting, and analytical tools.">
