We are looking for a senior SAFe System Architect to join our team, and onboard in the Newco program. This exciting project aims to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience by delivering a greenfield OSS/BSS IT stack.

The position is hosted within the Digital Technology entity of Orange Business, where we focus on implementing innovation and quality in technology solutions.

As part of our team of System Architects, you will be responsible for the System Architecture of one of the program ARTs, which provides DevOps and E2E testing for the whole Newco program.

Working in collaboration with our SI partner, manage design and implementation governance of DevOps, Test and SRE practices for the Newco program, capitalizing on and extending the current Digital Technology practices. Collaborate with multiple teams (Platform Engineering, SRE, Quality Assurance, SI Partner) to ensure seamless integration of: # Newco stack over Digital Technology Platforms

# Analyze ART performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery.

# Share advocate within Digital Technology, Orange Business and the wider Orange Group.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your skills in advanced DevOps methodologies and Site Reliability Engineering practices.

You will develop leadership skills by guiding teams through complex projects and gain experience in strategic decision-making.

This is a senior position requiring a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated effectiveness as a DevOps/SRE lead.

A degree in IT Engineering is essential, and relevant certifications will be appreciated.

Proficient practice of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) as a System Architect # Demonstrated track of work in coordination with Enterprise Solution Architects # DevOps proficiency : CI/CD (Gitlab CI), containerization platform (Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform, Ansible. GitOps experience using FluxCD appreciated), Observability solutions (e.g.) Demonstrated practice of SRE Experience of designing enhancing SLI/SLO, change management and incident responses processes.

Testing experience for large scale programs : Test automation and Continuous Testing, Shift-Left Testing, Test Data Management Environment Automation.
