High-Performance Algorithm Developer

Our organization is seeking an accomplished high-performance algorithm developer to contribute to our dynamic team. As a core member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated trading systems, real-time exchange simulators, execution algorithms, and predictive models.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing ultra-low-latency trading systems and expertise in building large-scale, real-time systems.

About the Role
  • Design and implement high-performance trading systems optimized for throughput and latency
  • Develop execution algorithms across global markets
  • Implement exchange simulators and tick-level backtesting frameworks
  • Build smart order routing systems across lit and dark venues
  • Model market impact, price prediction, and volume forecasting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier computer science, mathematics, or engineering program (emphasis on performance-sensitive applications)
  • 5+ years of hands-on C++ experience in high-performance computing
  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, operating systems, networks, and concurrency
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and prototyping (a plus but not mandatory)
  • Experience with large-scale, real-time systems (trading experience a significant advantage)
