Project Manager Role

We are seeking an exceptional project manager to lead our projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and budgets.
  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and to quality standards while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate and document project meetings, ensuring follow-ups are tracked.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges and key updates to stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors and business partners.
  • Mentor and oversee team members, ensuring their professional growth, training and on-the-job delivery.
  • Oversee and guide project teams, ensuring effective resource utilization.
  • Evaluate and optimize workflows, making recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, training and experience.
  • 4-6 years coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with agile software development teams.
  • Strong proofreading/grammar skills for technical documents.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills who values communication, collaboration and coordination.
  • Proven success as a problem-solver with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
