Job Overview

This is a critical position to support the go-to-market strategy and investment portfolio of the sales and marketing group, including supporting the strategic imperatives to capture market opportunities, managing financial spending processes, enabling resource allocation based on business priorities, and optimizing return for shareholders through disciplined portfolio management.

The role supports senior leadership in finance as the key partner, requiring broad engagement with headquarters finance and regional organizations to influence investment strategies and perform investment valuation for key projects to maximize return.

To influence investment strategy or perform valuation, data analysis (ROI, NPV, etc.) and other advanced analytics will be used to make business recommendations.

In addition, this role includes ensuring accountability for quarterly spending and headcount targets, preparing key budget reports, and partnering with regional teams to explain variances to budget.

Qualifications

- Prior finance experience is required, with prior FPnA experience an advantage. High-touch support of sales and marketing organization is beneficial.

- Org savvy, excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills are essential. Demonstrated action orientation using creative approaches to overcome roadblocks.

- Ability to look beyond proposed actions to identify better alternatives in complex environments, reasonably detailed-oriented yet able to step back to up-level details to a holistic business-impact picture for management, have system aptitude, and demonstrated high tolerance to ambiguity and possibility thinking.

  • - MBA, or equivalent degree in finance, business, management, and more than 10 years of related practical experience. This role requires a Position of Trust, with extended Background Investigation consent and completion.
