About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Strategist to create engaging content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media marketing and a strong ability to develop effective content strategies.

This role involves collaborating with internal teams and designing a strategy for feature launches, product positioning, brand awareness, and demand generation. The successful candidate must have specific knowledge and experience working as a Social Media Marketer in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute social media content strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Creating and publishing high-quality daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community engagement.
  • Moderating user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each platform.
  • Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase visibility of company's social content.
  • Collaborating with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Skill Set Required:
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing social media strategies.
  • Working with and developing a marketing plan.
  • Should have created and managed Communities in social media space.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Understanding of Graphic Design principles, web design, and web development.
  • Have sound knowledge of handling Social Media platforms like Twitter, Meta, Reddit, Youtube, etc.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational ability.
