Job Title: Automation Framework Developer

We are seeking a skilled automation professional to work on building, maintaining, and enhancing automated testing frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust selenium automation frameworks for web applications.
  • Create and execute automated test scripts using selenium webdriver with java or python.
  • Integrate automated tests into continuous delivery pipelines leveraging tools such as jenkins, maven, and git.
  • Develop data-driven, hybrid, or behavior-driven development frameworks using testng, cucumber, or junit.
  • Perform cross-browser testing and ensure compatibility across different environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, defect identification, and problem resolution.
  • Analyze and debug test failures, generate detailed reports, and maintain test documentation.
  • Lead efforts in improving test automation processes and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in automation testing using selenium webdriver.
  • Strong programming skills in java and/or python.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks (bdd, data-driven, hybrid).
  • Understanding of continuous integration and deployment tools such as jenkins, docker, and git.
  • Proficient with test management and reporting tools like testng, allure, or extent reports.
  • Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
