About the Role

This senior-level engineer will thrive in dynamic environments, wearing multiple hats and seamlessly switching between frontend, backend, and DevOps responsibilities.

  • Lead feature development and bug fixes.
  • Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
  • Design, implement, and optimize backend services using Spring.
  • Ensure smooth CI/CD processes via GitLab pipelines.
  • Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS.
  • Handle production deployments, monitoring, and debugging for reliability and performance.
  • Work closely with Product and Project Managers to deliver roadmap items for multiple products.
Required Skills & Qualifications

A minimum of 6+ years of progressive professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, specializing in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications across web and mobile platforms.

  • Proven expertise in React Native with hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile applications from the ground up.
  • Strong backend development background with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate), including experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating microservices.
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, with the ability to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch) combined with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Adept at debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues spanning frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure layers.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
