Job Description

As a seasoned information security professional, you will be responsible for conducting an in-depth analysis of our current SSL inspection setup using Zscaler. Your primary goal will be to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance our SSL inspection capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating the current state of SSL inspection using Zscaler and identifying strengths and weaknesses.
  • Conducting a thorough gap analysis to determine where improvements are needed and documenting findings and prioritizing areas for enhancement.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase the percentage of SSL traffic being inspected and developing strategies to implement these improvements.
  • Pinpointing high-risk areas that could lead to a loss of crucial visibility and providing recommendations to mitigate these risks.

Reporting and Progress Tracking

You will be required to regularly report on progress made to stakeholders, highlighting any challenges encountered and proposing solutions. Effective communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders will be crucial to drive remediation efforts and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, along with extensive hands-on experience with the Zscaler ZIA platform. Excellent communication and coordination skills are also essential, as is the ability to work independently and drive project milestones.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and concepts.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technical projects.
