Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a self-motivated professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist.

As a key member of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects, understand their career aspirations, and demonstrate how our upskilling platform can help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish personalized connections with potential learners through tailored interactions
  • Take ownership of the admissions journey by following up with leads, maintaining warm conversations, and providing guidance with empathy and clarity
  • Exercise consultative skills without being pushy, understanding learner needs deeply and offering customized solutions
  • Foster long-term relationships by building trust rather than transactional engagements
  • Contribute valuable insights back to the team by sharing learner feedback to refine campaigns, messaging, and overall experience

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain accurate records in our CRM system to ensure seamless collaboration and represent the organization at networking events, creating connections and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, or any sales technology
