Job Summary

About the Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified telecom engineering candidates for current and future openings. You will conduct thorough technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the telecommunications industry, including new technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates through various channels, including online job boards and professional networking platforms.
* Conduct in-depth technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified telecom engineering candidates for current and future openings.
* Stay abreast of the latest developments in the telecommunications industry, including new technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in human resources, engineering, IT, or a related field.
* 7+ years of proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong focus on telecom engineering roles for at least 5+ years.
* In-depth understanding of telecommunications technologies, industry trends, and talent landscape in the US Market.
* Proficiency in using various sourcing channels and techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
