System Engineer Position


We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering staff, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced power electronics systems. Your primary focus will be on the development of high-speed or high-power semiconductor devices and power converter designs over 100kVA. You will also oversee updates to Design for Excellence (DFX), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and product life cycle management.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Power Electronics with 8-12 years of experience. Additionally, you should have strong understanding of closed-loop control for power converters and compensator design, as well as excellent circuit debugging and troubleshooting capabilities. Familiarity with circuit simulation tools like SIMULINK is also required. Skills in derating, FMEA, and reliability analysis are necessary. Experience mentoring small teams in an agile product development model is also beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple power electronics projects involving analog and digital electronics. They should also have experience in EMI filter design and product qualification/compliance testing. Good communication skills in English are essential. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
