Project Leadership Role

A seasoned project professional is required to lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Lead project teams and stakeholders, ensuring safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, track project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Track project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short- and long-term goals, meet objectives, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in project management, with 5+ years in railway construction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
