We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving financial discipline, compliance, and process excellence across the organisation.
Our key responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning & Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management information reports, and dashboards.
- Partner with business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Additionally, we require our finance professional to:
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for smooth audits and reviews.
As a finance professional, you will also be responsible for:
- Driving automation and digitisation of financial processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitoring cash flows, working capital, and financial risk management.
- Establishing governance mechanisms for financial discipline across all business verticals.
Key qualifications and skills include:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA with 1–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in controllership, accounting, compliance, and reporting.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Requirements also include expertise in financial systems, ERP, and automation tools. You should have strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities are necessary.
