Job Title: Software Developer

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Analyze business requirements to ensure accurate conversion into code.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, applying analytical and coding skills for system changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify optimal solutions for business requirements and issues.
  • Design, develop, and implement technical artefacts such as tech specs and module specs.
  • Publish technical documentation covering module level specs, work product reviews, process improvements, and unit test scenarios.
\Requirements:\
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
  • Strong programming and debugging skills.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
