Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services.
">Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete project details to prospects.
">Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
">Follow up with leads regularly to ensure engagement and timely conversion.
">Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and sales updates in CRM/software.
">Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
">Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
">Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer requirements, objections, and preferences.

Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive (real estate experience preferred).

">Ability to handle targets, objections, and pressure in a sales environment.
