Cloud Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our Treasury Applications Platform team.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute towards making the platform more resilient and secure for future regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with Federal Regulations.

  • Design and develop integrated distributed solutions using Java, PL/SQL, Flink, and AirFlow.
  • Implement deployment plans and provide detailed computer system design documentation.
  • Support consulting teams in different phases of the project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in modernizing our platform and migrating it to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

You will be responsible for designing and developing integrated distributed solutions, implementing deployment plans, and providing detailed computer system design documentation.

Additionally, you will support consulting teams in different phases of the project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong technical skills, particularly in cloud platforms, and experience working on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing integrated distributed solutions using various programming languages and frameworks.
  • Creating detailed computer system design documentation and implementing deployment plans.
  • Collaborating with consulting teams to define problems, estimate efforts, diagnose issues, generate solutions, and deploy systems.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of software development experience.

Strong background in developing integrated distributed solutions, experience with cloud platforms, particularly GCP, and ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and articulate solutions are required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience.

  • Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and articulate solutions.
