About the RoleThe Aixial Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FMV Manager to join our team. As an FMV Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that compensation rates for healthcare professionals are aligned with legal, ethical, and regional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain service fee tables that outline compensation for healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with local medical leads and regional standards.
- Collaborate with the tiering manager and local medical teams to develop a methodology for assessing and categorizing healthcare professionals into different tiers for compensation.
- Work closely with process and system leads to develop tools, databases, or repositories to streamline the FMV process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as healthcare, business administration, or law.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement and manage changes while maintaining compliance.
- Attention to detail and ability to ask insightful questions to ensure alignment with regulations.
- Digital literacy and comfort with digital tools, data management systems, and potentially new technologies.
- Accountability and ability to act quickly and efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.
- High ethical standards and ability to ensure the FMV process adheres to legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in English, with multilingual skills an asset in global or regional roles.
