Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional to lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • SAP FICO Implementation: Lead SAP FICO module implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
  • S/4HANA Public Cloud Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities to drive successful deployments.
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.
  • Configuration & Customization: Perform detailed configuration of SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements.
  • Integration: Work closely with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system post-implementation.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that the SAP FICO solution meets all compliance requirements and supports accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • S/4HANA Public Cloud: At least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is required.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
