Job Title: Architectural Designer
Our team is seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to create high-quality 2D and 3D drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD software.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical drawings, specifications, and other documents.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with design teams to ensure designs meet requirements and are feasible to construct, preparing and submitting online applications through project management tools, conducting site visits to gather information and inspect work in progress, and providing support to the team during project implementation.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of architectural features using AutoCAD software.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Work collaboratively with designers and engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and submit project proposals and applications through project management tools.
- Conduct site visits to verify project accuracy and identify potential issues.
Required skills include excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, ability to work well under pressure, knowledge of building codes and regulations, adaptability, organizational skills, time management, flexibility, and attention to detail.
