Senior Digital Fault Tolerance Specialist

As a highly skilled DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge digital fault tolerant architecture for complex ASIC/SoC designs.
- Designing and integrating scan chains, boundary scan (JTAG), MBIST, LBIST, and other test structures to ensure comprehensive fault coverage.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including RTL and physical design groups, to guarantee seamless integration of DFT features.
- Utilizing ATPG tools to generate and validate test patterns for stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults.
- Performing rigorous fault simulation and coverage analysis to optimize test quality.
- Supporting silicon bring-up and debug activities related to test issues.
- Working closely with ATE teams to develop test programs and support production testing efforts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in DFT engineering.
- Strong understanding of digital circuit design and verification.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
- Experience with EDA tools like Cadence or Synopsys.
