We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to drive internal and external innovation efforts, foster a culture of innovation across the organization, and support strategic diversification initiatives.

This role will be pivotal in managing our global innovation portfolio, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the company's future through emerging technologies and new growth opportunities.

  • Foster and embed a culture of innovation across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, accelerators, VCs, academia, and other external innovation partners.
  • Drive co-creation with startups, tech ecosystem and customers that enable digital transformation for Enterprises and add future ready capabilities to platforms and services.

Innovation Portfolio Management:

  • Manage a global portfolio of innovation initiatives, pilots, and partnerships.
  • Work in emerging technologies like Gen AI, BC, AR/VR, Drones, computer vision, digital twins etc.
  • Identify and scale successful pilots across business units and geographies

Market Intelligence & Foresight:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop short-term and long-term diversification roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with business units, product teams, and R&D to co-develop new ideas and drive proof-of-concept development.
  • Ensure alignment of innovation initiatives with overall corporate strategy and priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters degree in business, engineering or related field (MBA + BTech preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation or management consulting.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends, startup ecosystems and digital transformation.

  • A proven track record of driving innovation and collaboration across organizations.
