Job Title: Enterprise Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration architecture and presales solutioning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.


About the Role:

The Enterprise Integration Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and reusable integration solutions that align with customer business strategies. This includes working closely with field solution engineers and presales teams to shape solution narratives and deliver technical proposals.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integration blueprints across verticals, leveraging Boomi's suite of products including Integration & Automation, API Management, Data Management, and AI Management.
  • Provide strategic technical leadership to support account solution planning, bid responses, and PoC design efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with presales and technical sales teams to shape solution narratives, deliver technical proposals, and design tailored solution architectures.
  • Evaluate and recommend integration endpoints such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Kafka, and file/database systems.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a plus), including integration deployment strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, XSLT, JSON, Groovy/JavaScript, and relational/noSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and API lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders globally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10-16 years of IT experience with a strong focus on integration architecture, presales solutioning, and technical consulting.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi, including design, deployment, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into architecture diagrams, technical requirements, and solution design.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing engagements (direct or in collaboration with onshore teams) including requirement gathering, scoping, and design reviews.
