Staff System Architect

The Staff System Architect will be a seasoned expert with 13+ years of experience in online charging systems, holding at least 4-5 years of leadership experience as a solution architect focused on Matrixx online charging system.

  • Deep understanding of online and offline charging principles is essential for the role.
  • Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using the Matrixx Digital Commerce Platform (DCP) is necessary.
  • Strong work experience in Matrixx Product offer configurations, including balances, meters, normalizers, filters, price configurations, decision tables, Normalizer Chaining, parameterized price components for dynamic charge configuration requirements, side loader changes, and parameterized offers.
  • Expertise in configuring catalog items, product offers, bundles, and notifications for price plans is crucial.
  • Experience in extending Matrixx Data containers and event files as per requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, and MongoDB on cloud platforms is preferred.
  • Technical expertise in Telecom Networking protocols (DIAMETER, SS7, MAP, INAP, CAP, SNMP, etc.) is required.
  • Exposure to web service protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Strong experience in REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, Kafka, and JMS is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and deploying applications on public/private AWS cloud platforms is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for creating high-quality technical documentation and presenting to leadership teams.

Responsibilities include resolving technical issues reported for the environment, deep knowledge of end-to-end telecom flow, and ability to think logically towards issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
