As a freelance Instructional Designer, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse organizations to enhance their teams through eLearning solutions. We are looking for an experienced professional who can create effective digital learning experiences tailored to the needs of our clients.

This role involves performing needs analysis, developing instructional designs, creating curriculum, managing learning programs, and contributing to training and development initiatives. Daily tasks include designing course content, working with subject matter experts, and evaluating learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness and engagement.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, a proven track record in Instructional Design and eLearning development, and experience in Training & Development and Learning Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing course content for various industries and audiences
  • Working with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive learning materials
  • Evaluating learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness and engagement
  • Managing learning programs from start to finish
  • Contributing to training and development initiatives across the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design and eLearning development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
  • Proven track record in Training & Development and Learning Management
  • Experience designing and delivering onboarding courses for organizations
  • Expertise in Curriculum Development
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theories and game design for adult learners
  • Strong ability to create instructional storyboards and scripts
  • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and other animation/visual effects tools
  • Portfolio of past eLearning projects, including at least one onboarding course
