Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  2. Driving synergies across all group companies regarding policies and practices
  3. Leading talent strategy, including assessment, development, and succession planning for CXOs and key roles
  4. Ensuring strong succession planning for all critical roles
  5. Promoting talent mobility across the group
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and lead change management initiatives
