Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

  • As a Senior Data Engineer, you will have a direct impact on our tooling and development cycles.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing large amounts of data, developing reports and analyses, and supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process data and information according to guidelines.
  • Help develop reports and analyses.
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Identify and develop data pipelines to support data standardization.
  • Handle multiple sources of data, structure large data sets to find usable information, and come up with standardized schema.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong skills in databases like MySQL and NoSQL.
  • Good coding skills in languages like Python.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
  • Reporting and data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
