About This Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service, ensure smooth airport operations, and maintain high standards of safety and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and other travel-related tasks.
- Coordinate ground handling activities, including aircraft marshaling and towing.
- Maintain compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
- Promote excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Familiarity with airport procedures and regulations.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions:
