Senior Credit Associate Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Credit Associate to support our lending team in underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant credit experience and possess strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft clear and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.
  • Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
  • Identify and assess risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely deal execution.
  • Maintain attention to detail while working across multiple transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with lenders or investment managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred.
