Fiber Packaging Operations Director

Cirkla Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Plant Head to lead our fiber packaging manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, safety, people management, logistics, and compliance.
Job Description- Lead Plant Setup: Spearhead the setup and commissioning of a brand-new fiber packaging facility.
- Scale Operations: Drive the scale-up of the plant from ground zero to meet ambitious revenue targets.
- Oversee Production: Manage end-to-end manufacturing, shift planning, and machine utilization to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Implement food safety standards, manage audits and certifications, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a 30+ member team across shifts to achieve operational excellence.
- Inventory & Dispatch: Oversee raw material management and logistics for outbound dispatch.
The successful candidate will have a degree/diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred), 8+ years of experience in manufacturing/quality, and 3+ years in a Plant Head/Operations Manager/Quality Manager role.
